We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow our commercial offering across the region. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, developing the team, and expanding our client base across agency and professional services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the commercial team across multiple offices
  • Driving fee income growth across agency, valuation, and professional work
  • Winning and retaining key client instructions
  • Setting strategy for the commercial department and identifying new opportunities
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, lenders, and professional contacts
  • Overseeing high‑value transactions and complex instructions
  • Supporting recruitment, mentoring, and development of team members
  • Working closely with partners to shape the future direction of the business

This role will be based out of our Rugby office where you will work part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

About You

  • MRICS qualified with significant experience in commercial property
  • Proven track record in agency, valuation, or a mix of both
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Commercially astute with a focus on business development
  • Established network within the Midlands property market
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Ambitious and driven to grow a department
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
