The Role

We are looking to appoint an experienced MRICS-qualified Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join our commercial team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality valuation advice across a diverse portfolio of commercial property.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking Red Book valuations for secured lending, asset valuation, and advisory purposes
  • Inspecting a wide range of commercial properties including industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use assets
  • Preparing detailed and accurate valuation reports in line with RICS standards
  • Liaising with lenders, clients, and professional advisors
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service
  • Supporting and developing junior team members where appropriate
  • Contributing to business development and client growth

About You

  • MRICS qualified with Registered Valuer status
  • Proven experience in commercial property valuation
  • Strong knowledge of the regional property market
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
