We are seeking an experienced MRICS-qualified Commercial Property Manager to join our commercial team, taking responsibility for a varied and high-quality portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties across office, industrial, and retail sectors
- Acting as a key point of contact for landlord clients, providing strategic advice
- Overseeing lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Ensuring full compliance with current property legislation and best practice
- Instructing and managing external consultants and contractors
- Producing detailed client reports and asset management recommendations
- Supporting business development and contributing to client growth
- Strong experience in commercial property management
- Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
- Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage a complex workload independently
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
