We are looking to recruit someone to take overall responsibility for commercial agency and management clients. The role will require the successful candidate to undertake all activities involved with the sale and rental of commercial property including meeting potential vendors and liaising with landlords, creating particulars and listing properties, conducting viewings and undertaking property negotiations.
In this role, day to day you can expect to:
- Source and meet with prospective agency and management clients
- Carry out appraisals for both agency and management
- Prepare head of terms
- Market and promote properties via appropriate channels
- Extract offers and liaise between vendors/landlords/buyers/renters, negotiating in the best interests of our clients
- Monitor and progress sales/lettings to ensure they proceed to completion/let, liaising with all relevant parties including solicitors, and other agents involved
- Manage and maintain commercial comparable database
- Ensure AML checks are carried out on all clients
- Review management files to ensure all information is present and compliant
- Liaise with accounts team on the management properties, chase debts and insurance
This role will be based out of our Rugby office where you will work part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in commercial property management
- Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
- Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage a complex workload independently
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
