We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Property to lead and grow our commercial offering across the region. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving performance, developing the team, and expanding our client base across agency and professional services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the commercial team across multiple offices
- Driving fee income growth across agency, valuation, and professional work
- Winning and retaining key client instructions
- Setting strategy for the commercial department and identifying new opportunities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients, lenders, and professional contacts
- Overseeing high‑value transactions and complex instructions
- Supporting recruitment, mentoring, and development of team members
- Working closely with partners to shape the future direction of the business
This role will be based out of our Rugby office where you will work part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
About You
- MRICS qualified with significant experience in commercial property
- Proven track record in agency, valuation, or a mix of both
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Commercially astute with a focus on business development
- Established network within the Midlands property market
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior level
- Ambitious and driven to grow a department
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
