We are seeking a driven and personable Commercial Property Agent to join our busy commercial agency team. This is a client-facing role focused on the sale and letting of commercial property across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing commercial properties (industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use)
- Handling enquiries and arranging/viewings
- Negotiating sales and lettings on behalf of clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
- Generating new instructions and winning business
- Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion
- Keeping up to date with local market activity and opportunities
About You
- Experience in estate agency or commercial property (residential agents looking to move into commercial also considered)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven
- Ability to build rapport and win new business
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
