This growing organisation based in Surbiton are seeking a temporary Credit Controller to join their business for a 4–6-week interim assignment. You will be mainly working in Credit Control; however, you may be required to support in other areas of finance. This role will need an immediate start and will be fully office based.

About The Role

In this role, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and will be required to chase long-standing payments and get the Credit Control function back to full efficiency. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Regularly contact customers via phone and email to chase overdue payments
  • Manage disputed accounts and negotiate payment resolutions in line with agreed terms
  • Building relationships with existing suppliers
  • Raising supplier invoices and supporting within other areas of finance
  • Liaising with multiple sites

The successful Credit Controller will have:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control position
  • The ability to start immediately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Local to Surbiton
