Our clients, an established healthcare company, are looking for a reliable and well-organised Reception Administrator to provide evening support. This is a temporary position to support their administrative team. You will be responsible for welcoming clients arriving for appointments and ensuring they are checked in and out of the building in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Type: Temporary (3 Days a Week, Between Monday to Wednesday)

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £12.21 Per Hour

About the Role:

  • Evening Handover Coordination: Begin each shift by reporting to the daytime reception team for a detailed handover. This includes receiving the printed list of scheduled client appointments, updates on any cancellations or changes, and any important information relevant to the evening's sessions.
  • Client Check-In and Greeting: Welcome clients as they arrive for their scheduled appointments. Use the printed list (containing appointment times and surnames) to check them in manually. Ensure individuals feel acknowledged and guided appropriately within the building.
  • Exit Monitoring: Politely remind visitors to return through reception upon leaving, helping maintain an accurate overview of who is still on the premises.
  • End-of-Day Procedures: Once all appointments are complete and the last client has exited, inform on-site security to initiate building closure procedures, ensuring a secure and safe environment is maintained.
  • Liaison with Support Team: Maintain communication with the support staff throughout the evening.
  • Confidentiality and Data Handling: You will be handling sensitive patient information (names and appointment times).
  • Health & Safety: Complete a brief fire safety induction prior to starting the role. Be familiar with emergency exit routes and procedures to support patient safety while on site.
