Our client is seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Executive to join their team on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent team member. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a brand roll-out project within the education sector, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all brand communications and materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in project coordination and delivery, with responsibility for supporting brand-related initiatives and ensuring that all marketing materials align with their brand identity and standards. This is a fully office-based role with working hours of 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, and the successful candidate must be able to drive due to the location of the office.

About The Role

Brand Roll-out Support

  • Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director with the execution of brand roll-out initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from initiation through to completion, setting clear timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery.

Brand Consistency & Quality

  • Ensure all digital and print materials conform to the brand layout and maintain a consistent identity across platforms.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Proof-read materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with internal and external designers, providing feedback and making amendments using company software.

Merchandise & Publications

  • Oversee the quality and consistency of branded merchandise.
  • Manage the stock and publications store cupboard, ensuring accessibility and readiness.
  • Maintain a stock and publications log, tracking usage and arranging re-orders as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative and desk research support to the Marketing Manager and Directors as needed.
  • Assist the wider team with research and administrative tasks related to brand projects.

The successful Marketing Executive will have:

  • Degree qualification in marketing, or similar.
  • Outstanding written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in a marketing team, ideally with multi-channel communications responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in project coordination.
  • A strong understanding of branding and design principles.
  • Digitally confident and competent.
  • Experienced in content management (preferably WordPress) with a basic understanding of SEO.
  • Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
  • Driving licence and own vehicle due to location of the office.
