Working closely with your clients, you will be responsible for your own Portfolio. Responsibilities will include: * Primary contact for your own portfolio of clients * Assist with general client queries and provide training if necessary * Produce monthly management accounts and monthly reports * Working closely with other departments such as Payroll or Tax to ensure clients’ needs are met and identifying cross-selling opportunities * Assist with bookkeeping requirements as required, including but not limited to, processing bank transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, sales and purchase ledger, preparing journals The successful Management Accountant will have: * ACA, ACCA or CIMA PQ, QBE will also be considered * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management Accounts * Experience with Xero, Sage, and CCH would be an advantage * Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with clients and form long-lasting relationships * Ambition and drive to reach your full potential Howett Thorpe are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role and comply with all relevant UK legislation and do not discriminate on any protected characteristics.
