This role is about impact, delivering robust insight, improving reporting and systems, and enabling better decisions across the business, while helping build a high‐performing, future‐ready finance team.Key Responsibilities Own and enhance financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and data modelsAutomate and optimise reporting using ERP, CRM, Power BI, Excel, and related toolsAnalyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business driversApply advanced techniques including predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent forecastingPartner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams to deliver timely, value‐added insightLead initiatives to improve data quality, system integration, and reporting accuracySupport budgeting, forecasting, and long‐range planning through robust financial modellingThe successful FP&A Lead will have: Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong post‐qualification experienceAdvanced financial modelling skills with expert‐level Excel and Power BI capabilityWorking knowledge of SQL and experience with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Syspro) highly desirableDemonstrable experience driving process improvement and automation initiativesProactive, adaptable, and resilient, with a results‐driven mindsetPrevious team leadership or mentoring experience advantageous, though not essential
