This growing, global organisation are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team. You will be working mostly remote; however, you will need to be within commuting distance of the Guildford area. Furthermore, this role will suit a progressive individual that has experience within a commercial finance position and is now seeking their next challenge.

Job Type: Permanent, full time

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

About The Role:

In this role, you will be reporting into the Finance Director, and your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build and maintain commercial, pricing, and margin models in Excel
  • Support deal modelling, profitability analysis, and pricing decisions
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, and FP&A teams on new opportunities
  • Translate commercial agreements into financial models and business logic
  • Maintain and improve Excel-based tools, pricing models, and reporting processes
  • Support rate card management and margin analysis
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of commercial tools, pricing models, and reporting processes
  • Help create commercial review packs, deal handover packs, and senior management presentations
  • Support ad hoc commercial and financial analysis in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Part qualified or QBE candidates will be considered
  • Experience within the tech/IT sector would be advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills
