Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on and highly visible leadership role, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Finance Director – About The Role
Are you a commercially-minded Finance Director seeking your next challenge in a dynamic and growing UK business? We are working with a well-established firm based in Basingstoke, looking for a strategic finance leader to join their senior leadership team?
- Own the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead on financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Act as a key business partner to the executive team
- Provide commercial insight and financial modelling for strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvements and efficiency across the finance function
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other key stakeholders
The successful Finance Director will have:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Experience of working within a leadership capacity
- Strong commercial acumen together with a strong technical understanding
- Experience of consolidation reporting at group and local level
