This role will be 14 hours a week and is very flexible on how these hours are worked but office attendance is required. Previous experience in managing a finance function is highly desirable for this role and your key responsibilities will be: Preparation of quarterly management accounts including commentary. Prepare year-end finance information in support of the annual accounts. Complete and submit quarterly VAT and other returns as required. Manage supplier payments, ensuring invoices are approved and paid on a timely basis. Manage other payments including payroll, VAT and other taxes. Reconcile the bank account and credit card statements on a regular basis. Ensure financial controls are in place at all times.
