This well-established business based in Camberley are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis. There is potential that this could go permanent for the right candidate, and you will be required to work fully in the office. Assistant Management Accountant – About The Role
In this role you will be working within a finance team of 10 and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts for 4 entities
- Processing supplier invoices, matching, batching and coding
- Raising sales invoices and monitoring outstanding debtors
- Completing daily bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Reconciling supplier, customer and inter-company accounts
- Managing petty cash and company credit card reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
The successful Assistant Management Accountant will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Be actively studying AAT, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in using Xero is desirable
- Able to start at short notice
