Business Support Assistant - About The Role
A varied and hands-on position supporting the wider business and management team. Responsibilities will include:
- Business development and market research
- Maintaining CRM and company records
- Supporting marketing and social media activity
- Office administration and company events
- New starter onboarding and inductions
- Supporting project resourcing and consultant allocation
- Preparing company and project documentation
- Providing general support to the management team
The Successful Business Support Assistant will be:
- Graduate or early-career candidate with a strong desire to learn
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional, positive and approachable
