This is a temporary role to start ASAP. Bookkeeper – About The Role As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you’ll ensure seamless financial operations while contributing to the organisation’s overall success. Key responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll processing * Utilise SAP software for financial data entry, reporting, and analysis * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes * Provide support during month-end and year-end closings The successful Bookkeeper will have/be: * Proven bookkeeping experience * Advanced knowledge of SAP financial modules is essential * Available immediately or on short notice Howett Thorpe are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role and comply with all relevant UK legislation and do not discriminate on any protected characteristics.
