An international services based company are looking to recruit a temporary resource to support the finance team. Within this finance team you will assume responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function. As the Purchase Ledger Executive, you will:
- Load on invoices to the accounting system
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Payment of staff expenses
- Reconciliations of company credit card statements
- Review uncleared PO numbers
- Intercompany re-charges to Sales Ledger
The successful Purchase Ledger Executive will have:
