Our Client are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant with a wealth of Accounts experience to join their Accounts team. They are looking for someone to join who can work Monday - Friday 10am - 14:00 per week.

About The Role

  • Putting invoices on to the system and assisting with queries from suppliers and employees
  • Reconciling suppliers statements and requesting copies of invoices
  • Managing petty cash and cash advances
  • Reconciling petty cash at month end
  • Assist with the travel insurance program including processing claims and update the travel pattern spreadsheet
  • The first point of contact for queries either in person, telephone or via email
  • Collect, date stamp and distribute post
  • Record all cash and cheque monies received in the red book

The successful Part Time Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills are essential
  • Be able to travel to Thorpe on a daily basis
