Our client, an International Business Services company in Ealing, requires an experienced Credit Control Supervisor for a 6 Month Contract to lead and motivate a team of Credit Controllers. Reporting to the Finance Manager, applicants for the Credit Control Supervisor will be responsible for escalated queries, problem debt, and team management.

About You

You will have a proven track record as a Credit Control Supervisor and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, man-management, and relationship building.

About The Role

The main responsibility of the Credit Control Supervisor will be to allocate workload, quickly resolve account queries, and ensure the team are motivated and engaged. Key duties include:

  • Credit Control debt collection for key high value accounts
  • Resolution of escalated customer account queries to facilitate prompt recovery of debt
  • Ensure all team members are motivated and engaged with an adequate workload
  • Lead and motivate a team of Credit Controllers
  • Maintaining team aged debtor targets and reporting on KPIs to the UK Finance Manager
