About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Support in preparing financial reports and statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
The successful Accounts Assistant will have/be:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Proficient in accounting software Xero
