We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic finance team with a client based in Farnham on an on-going temporary basis. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Support in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions
  • Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders

The successful Accounts Assistant will have/be:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
  • Proficient in accounting software Xero
