Client Bookkeeper – About The Role
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day bookkeeping support to a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial records are maintained accurately and completed within agreed deadlines.
Working with a range of businesses, you will have regular client contact and become familiar with their individual requirements. xgikmsk Alongside your existing experience, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and continue progressing towards AAT qualification. Key responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping for a portfolio of practice clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process sales and purchase invoices, payments and receipts
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Assist with VAT returns and other bookkeeping-related deadlines
- Resolve day-to-day client queries
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding information
- Ensure bookkeeping work is completed accurately and on time
- Assist the wider accounts team where required
