You will be joining a passionate business that continues to drive forwards and offers a very flexible role. Furthermore, this role will be offered on a hybrid working contract and you will be required to work 22 hours a week, ideally across 4 days. Part Time Finance Manager – About The Role
In this role you will be managing 1 member of staff and will be reporting into the CEO. You will take full ownership of the finance function and your responsibilities will be:
- Lead the day-to-day finance function and provide financial leadership to the organisation.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee payroll, pensions, cash flow management and financial controls.
- Support strategic planning through the provision of accurate financial insight and analysis.
- Review and improve financial systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, governance standards and internal controls.
- Build effective relationships with senior leadership, trustees and non-finance stakeholders.
- Support and develop finance team members while fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Fully qualified/QBE candidates will be considered
- Experience in using Xero would be beneficial
- Ability to communicate at all levels
