Location: Farnham – office based

Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience

About The Role:

A varied and hands-on position supporting the wider business and management team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Business development and market research
  • Maintaining CRM and company records
  • Supporting marketing and social media activity
  • Office administration and company events
  • New starter onboarding and inductions
  • Supporting project resourcing and consultant allocation
  • Preparing company and project documentation
  • Providing general support to the management team

The Successful Business Support Assistant will be:

  • Graduate or early-career candidate with a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, positive and approachable
  • Previous office or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
