We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Team in Norwich. Some of your duties will include:
- Use the Aderant Collections credit control system to chase clients by email, letter and phone.
- Communicate professionally with clients to secure outstanding payments.
- Check Statement run monthly for contact details and any reasons for not sending.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes within the Collections system.
- Assist fee earners where necessary with an aim to obtaining payment from the client.
- Respond to all incoming queries both from clients, partners and feeâearners in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and monitor the system to ensure all instalment payments are received on time and chase defaulters if necessary.
- Manage your workload effectively.
- Assist in completion of monthly Aged Debt Report for Chief Financial Officer.
- Set Credit limits.
- Produce Letter before Actions for unpaid Invoices where required.
- Prepare Court Claim forms where required.
