We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Regulatory Solicitor to join our rapidly growing team. You can choose your office base across our regions but have the opportunity to work from any of our other locations from time to time. You will be working with a broad range of clients, advising on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, particularly health and safety, environmental, and inquest law. This role involves significant travel, so a driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on regulatory work across health and safety, environmental, and inquest legislation.
  • Representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Working as part of a specialist regulatory team.
  • Traveling as required by client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Background in regulatory law.
  • Experience or willingness to work within a specialist team.
  • Experience in criminal law and criminal court advocacy is a plus.
  • Valid driving licence.
