Site Manager – Social Housing Planned Works Full time, permanent £50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus package Based in Folkestone We are working with a leading Construction Contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver planned maintenance projects within social housing properties in the Folkestone area. This is a client facing role, you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. You must have experience of delivering similar projects including external cladding with a reputable main contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. We are looking for a hands on Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence.
