We are working with a leading national Social Housing / Property Services contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to deliver a painting and decorating contract in Orpington with travel required across the South East.
We are looking for a proven commercial professional with a comprehensive commercial understanding of cost management, the CVR process, as well as excellent client relationship skills.
As the Quantity Surveyor for our client, some of your responsibilities will include:
