The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations within our social housing properties. This role requires a commitment to excellence, a customer-focused approach, and strong technical skills. Responsibilities: 1. Perform plumbing inspections and assessments within social housing properties. 2. Be able to perform multi skills including tiling, carpentry, plastering and painting and decorating 3. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures. 4. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations. 6. Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to address broader property maintenance issues. 7.
