Based in East London, this full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum. We are working with a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join their mobilisation and business improvement team.
In this role, you will support the Operations Teams on the mobilisation of new contracts, as well as re-mobilisation/demobilisation of existing contracts.
Main Duties:
- Support the smooth transition of newly awarded contracts by coordinating activities across operational teams.
- Assist in the mobilisation phase, ensuring all tasks and processes are completed for a seamless handover to operational teams.
- Act as a central point of coordination for mobilisation and service transition across all new projects.
- Coordinate mobilisation, re-mobilisation, and de-mobilisation tasks as required.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure all mobilisation actions are completed on schedule.
- Work with business support departments (HR, IT, Fleet, Procurement, Training, Compliance) to facilitate mobilisation.
