Based their Hatfield head office, you'll oversee the commercial performance of a major project or portfolio of projects across London and the South East. Projects are a mix of high-profile refurbishment, regeneration and new-build projects across the South East. This is a senior role where you'll take responsibility for maximising profitability, managing commercial and contractual risk, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strong commercial leadership across the business.
