We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to deliver a Planned Maintenance program in tenanted properties across South East London. The scope of works is predominantly roofing and window and door replacements.

This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programmes through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience of driving successful delivery through effective management, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.

Site Manager Duties:
  • Controlling the overall direction and maintaining financial control of the contract
  • Working in partnership with the client and client representatives to ensure that a high-quality service delivery is provided
  • Cost control and subcontractor management
  • Implementing the short, mid and long-term programmes for the various work streams
  • Carrying out onsite inspections, undertaking investigations, enquiries, preparing reports and offering solutions maintaining continuous improvement
  • Handing over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators
