We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a proactive Disrepair Site Manager to join their team in Hackney.
You must have a minimum of two years' experience managing and resolving legal disrepair cases, delivering similar projects for a reputable main contractor. You will have a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, while ensuring health and safety standards are consistently maintained across site operations.
We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager with a strong track record of successfully driving projects forward through effective leadership, organisation, and consistent site presence.
