Working in the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include:
- Various repairs in properties, mainly general painting and decorating and mould treatments/washing.
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs and renewals.
- Carrying out painting & decorating.
- Mould wash.
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Being accountable for the timely delivery of job orders and completion dates.
- Conducting yourself within the Company's core values.
- Embracing Company change, including any training where necessary with a positive attitude.
- Ensuring all clients' expectations are achieved.
- Maintaining and keeping clean any vehicle that you may be responsible for.
