We are working with a leading contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Hemel Hempstead.

The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering voids programmes for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Contract Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
