Salary: £125,000 + Executive Benefits Lead Commercial Strategy Across a Growing Infrastructure Group A fast-growing civil engineering and infrastructure group is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join its executive leadership team.

This newly created director-level role offers the opportunity to shape commercial strategy across multiple businesses delivering groundworks, drainage, utilities and infrastructure projects throughout the UK.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive profitability, manage commercial risk and support continued growth.

The Role Reporting to the Board, you'll lead the Group's commercial function, providing strategic oversight of contracts, commercial performance, procurement and risk management while developing high-performing teams.
