We are currently looking for an experiencedmulti trader to join a busy property maintenance team working across Dartford and the surrounding area.
This is a permanent opportunity working within social housing carrying out a range of responsive repairs and maintenance works to occupied properties.
The Role
As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within the required timescales.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out general property repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Basic plumbing and patch plastering
- Tiling and other general maintenance works
- Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
- Diagnosing issues and carrying out remedial works
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing a professional and friendly service to residents
About You
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative within property maintenance or social housing.
