Commercial Manager – Social Housing – Planned Maintenance Up to £90K + Benefits Kent/London We are working with a leading social housing/property services business to recruit a Commercial Manager to join their planned works team. Following several contract wins and a strong order book, we seek a qualified and competent commercial leader with solid experience working on planned maintenance contracts, including kitchen and bathroom schemes, passive fire/FRA, decarbonisation works, electrical remediation, legal/disrepair and voids. You will be an effective leader with the ability to develop a highly talented and motivated commercial team as well as build excellent relationships with other business functions, customers, consultants and the supply chain.
