Job Title: Lead Passive Fire Surveyor
Location: Essex (will involve travel)
Salary: >Β£50,000 + Package

What You'll Do
Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
Attend site visits and support client relationships
Promote additional services and support business development
Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
Investigate non-conformance and maintain accurate records
What You'll Bring
Experience in a passive fire protection surveying
Hands on experience installing fire protection systems
Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing
Strong organisational and client facing skills
Full UK driving licence
Minimum ASFP / IFE level 2 or equivalent
Ideally 3+ years' experience within the firestopping industry.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
