We are working with one of the UK's leading privately-owned Construction and Interiors companies to recruit a Preconstruction Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham. Our client is recognised as one of the UK's top employers, with over 170 years of history delivering sustainable, community-focused projects across the public and private sectors. Leading the delivery of winning bids on some of the Midlands' most exciting construction projects, this is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to construction.
We're looking for a dynamic and driven Preconstruction Project Manager to lead complex two-stage and negotiated tenders across sectors including Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, Transport and Commercial, with project values ranging from £10m-£100m.
The Role
Reporting to the Preconstruction Manager, you'll take ownership of the bid process, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and driving successful tender submissions that exceed client expectations. You'll work closely with customers, consultants and supply chain partners to develop innovative, commercially strong and sustainable solutions.
