Role: Damp and Mould Supervisor - Social Housing Planned Works

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Healthy Homes Supervisor to join a busy housing repairs and property services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in social housing repairs, damp and mould, property maintenance or asset management, who is confident carrying out inspections, diagnosing building defects and managing remedial works from start to finish.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring homes are safe, well maintained and compliant with current housing standards, including requirements around damp and mould, HHSRS and Awaab's Law.
The Role
As a Healthy Homes Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of damp and mould remediation, building repairs, component replacements and property maintenance works across a housing stock.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out pre-inspections, work-in-progress inspections and post-inspections
- Inspecting properties and diagnosing building defects
- Assessing damp, mould, condensation, ventilation, water ingress and excess cold
- Identifying root causes and recommending appropriate remedial works
- Preparing specifications, scopes of work, schedules...
