Planned Works Administrator - Social Housing Planned Maintenance Based in Welwyn Garden City Full-Time - Permanent £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + car allowance or company vehicle We are working with a leading social housing contractor to find a Planned Works Administrator to join their team based in Welwyn Garden City, working on planned maintenance and decarbonisation projects within the social housing sector. The role will involve working closely with the operational teams to assist with the day-to-day administration of projects. The successful candidate will also be required to provide occasional Resident Liaison Officer cover during holiday periods, supporting residents and the wider operational team as required. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full, valid UK driving licence. We are looking for candidates with a strong administration background, ideally within the social housing or construction sector. Duties will include: Handling project documentation, including creating and maintaining plans and reports Updating project management systems, files and forms Coordinating project activities, equipment and resources Liaising with subcontractors, clients and the branch retrofit team Maintaining and updating Excel-based trackers Uploading documentation to various SharePoint sites Downloading and saving documentation from subcontractor portals Providing occasional RLO cover during holiday periods, including liaising with residents and assisting with resident communications Supporting the operational team with RLO-related duties as required Undertaking any ad hoc administrative duties that may arise We are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the social housing or construction sector A full, valid UK driving licence Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside good general IT skills Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work effectively with residents, subcontractors, clients and operational teams A flexible approach and willingness to undertake occasional RLO duties to provide holiday cover You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of its people are key to the group's success.
