We're looking for an experienced and skilled multi trader to join our growing team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Luton, Watford, Hitchin, Milton Keynes and Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys the variety that comes with a fast-paced, customer-facing role. This position covers a large patch across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between locations.

  • Carrying out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance works across multiple properties
  • Proven experience as a Multi Trader or within a similar repairs and maintenance role
  • Strong skills across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel across Luton, Watford, Hitchin, Milton Keynes and Cambridge
