Established in 1989, our client is the UK's leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country. Responsibilities:
- Liaising closely and supporting the team with contract set up, allocation, smooth delivery and handover.
- Coordinating and scheduling small works, survey / PPM orders with clients and the delivery teams.
- Preparing health and safety documentation for approval.
- Checking for completeness and assisting with survey, handover, certification documentation contract file completion and 'Live List' accuracy.
- Supporting the team with the resolution of operational problems, including liaison with clients to resolve queries.
- Assisting Survey Manager with business unit planning and review information.
- Assisting Commercial Manager with bringing together invoice/application information.
- Maintaining supplier and subcontractor records for compliance and invoice sign off.
- Assisting the Survey Manager with clear scope and budget parameters to assist with the profitable delivery of contracts.
Experience:
- Working within a similar level contract support, administration or customer service role.
- Customer/client liaison.
Qualifications:
- IOSH managing safely.
- ASFP Level 1, progression to level 2.
