Resident Engagement & Document Control Officer – Social Housing / Decarb Works Based in Birmingham Full-Time, Permanent Position Salary: £26k-32k We are currently recruiting for a permanent Resident Engagement & Document Control Officer to work with a leading Construction Contractor working on an SHDF project within social housing. Your role will be split between document control and resident liaison. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for the wider team. In addition, you will play a vital role in helping our teams gain access to properties, engaging directly with residents, building trust, and coordinating visits to support successful delivery of works on site. Key Responsibilities: Act as point of contact for all drawing and document control issues Quality assure incoming documents against file naming standards and feedback any issues to the originators Review and control of document management protocols Archiving historical documentation Clear communication of expectations for documents management Produce weekly report of information logged and circulate Completion, maintenance and monitoring of records Ensure proper records maintained for document distribution Perform day to day admin tasks in regards to the clients systems Produce regional system usage reports for the project teams and System Manager Assisting with CVI handover Uploading and maintaining certifications onto the shared driveWhat we are looking for: Strong Microsoft Office experience Experience of working in the construction industry (ideally social housing) Strong communication skills Ability to pick up new software and systems quickly Conversant with the MS Suite of softwareIf you are interested in this position, please apply online now or call Meg on (phone number removed)
