We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Standards Manager to support digital compliance, information management and Common Data Environment (CDE) standards across a portfolio of projects for a leading Construction/Property Services Contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in digital construction, BIM, information management, document control or design management to take a key role in improving digital standards and ensuring project teams and supply chain partners operate in line with agreed processes and ISO 19650 principles.
As Digital Standards Manager, you will:
- Lead digital mobilisation and readiness for new projects.
- Configure and oversee project CDE structures, permissions and workflows.
- Monitor the performance and compliance of Asset360 and project CDE environments.
- Ensure naming conventions, metadata and information management standards are consistently applied.
- Carry out digital audits, quality checks and compliance reviews.
- Produce KPI reports and track corrective actions.
- Work with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to improve digital adoption and compliance.
- Deliver CDE and Asset360 training and promote digital best practice.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within construction, digital delivery, BIM, information management, design management or document control.
- Hands-on experience working with or administering a Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Good working knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience monitoring compliance and driving corrective actions.
- Ability to confidently influence and challenge project teams and supply chain partners.
