As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with H&S and relevant regulations. You will predomintely be completing plumber work however you will also be required to complete basic carpentry, patch plastering & tiling.
Qualifications/Experience Required: Proven experience as a Plumber Multi in social housing or similar environment. City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumber level 3 (desired)Knowledge of NHF Sors desirableFull, UK, Clean driving license, minimum of 3 PointsRelevant trade qualifications in plumbing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert.
