Job Description Plumber \n Stratford & surrounding areas \n Social Housing \n Permanent \n £38,325 + van & fuel card \n We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Plumber to join their team in East London. \n As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with H&S and relevant regulations. n Qualifications/Experience Required: \n \n Proven experience as a Plumber Multi in social housing or similar environment. \n City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing level 2 (desirable) \n Knowledge of NHF Sors desirable \n Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert.
