Supply Chain Manager Dunstable Social Housing, Refurbishment, Planned Works, Voids & Responsive Repairs We are working in partnership with a prominent contractor to recruit a Supply Chain Manager.

This key role will support the Operations team, working closely with Operations, Commercial, and Estimating to proactively develop and manage a high-performing, competitive supply chain of national and regional suppliers and subcontractors.

You'd be working day to day with Operations, Commercial and Estimating, making sure the right suppliers are in place at the right price.

It's a live environment with tight turnarounds, so the job suits someone who can make decisions quickly and hold suppliers to account.

What you'll be doing Shaping the supply chain strategy and keeping it aligned with business plans and margin targets Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors - performance, pricing and risk Owning one supply category nationally (materials, manufacturers, indirect services or subcontractors) Keeping an eye on the market and bringing new suppliers and ideas in when it makes sense Supporting tenders and wider improvement work Keeping processes, documentation and reporting tidy What we're looking for Supply chain experience within construction - social housing, refurbishment or planned works would be ideal A track record of controlling costs and supplier performance across subcontract and materials categories Confident dealing with suppliers and internal teams, and detail-focused Comfortable working at pace Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits Up to £60,000 plus car allowance.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Dunstable.
