Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Works £58k + Car Allowance or Company Vehicle Norwich Full-Time, permanent position We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to deliver a planned maintenance programme in tenanted properties across Norwich. Scope of works includes internal and external refurbishment, including kitchens and bathrooms, EWI, window replacements, brick slip and FRA works, across live environments. This is a client-facing role where you will deliver refurbishment programmes by effectively managing your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. We are looking for candidates with proven experience of driving successful delivery through effective management, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. Site Manager Experience: Previous Site Management experience, including refurbishment and framework projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of building and Health & Safety legislation. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Financial and commercial awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project. Ability to read and interpret drawings, programs, and specifications. Understanding of local government and partnership arrangements. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification. Full valid driving license. This role requires a DBS check at offer stage.
